Nothing on Case Logic creates:

  • solicitor-client relationships
  • adviser-client relationships
  • professional service relationships

 

  1. ORGANISATIONAL SUPPORT ONLY

 

Case Logic helps users organise information more clearly.

 

Case Logic does not:

  • make decisions for users
  • act for users
  • represent users
  • guarantee outcomes
  • replace professional advice

 

Users remain responsible for their decisions and use of outputs.

 

  1. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users are responsible for:

  • information they provide
  • use of outputs
  • maintaining account security
  • decisions they make

 

Users should review important information carefully.

 

  1. NO GUARANTEES

Case Logic is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

 

We do not guarantee:

  • outcomes
  • uninterrupted service
  • complete accuracy
  • suitability for every situation
  • prevention of disputes or losses

 

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE

Users must not:

  • misuse the platform
  • upload harmful or unlawful content
  • interfere with security
  • reverse engineer the service
  • scrape or extract content
  • attempt unauthorised access
  • abuse subscriptions or Clarity Steps

 

Case Logic may suspend or terminate access where misuse or abuse is identified.

 

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights relating to Case Logic belong to Case Logic or its licensors.

 

This includes:

  • branding
  • wording
  • structure
  • layouts
  • workflows
  • service presentation
  • protected business methods
  • private business information

 

Users must not reproduce or exploit any part of the service without written permission.

 

  1. COMPETITOR AND REVERSE ENGINEERING RESTRICTIONS

Users must not:

 

  • reverse engineer the platform
  • test against competing systems
  • build competing systems
  • copy workflows
  • replicate the service
  • use outputs to train AI systems
  • use outputs to build competing products

 

  1. OUTPUT USE

Outputs are provided for personal or authorised business or team use only.

 

Users must not:

  • resell outputs
  • sell or use outputs commercially without permission
  • use outputs to build competing services
  • present outputs as professional advice from Case Logic

 

  1. ACCOUNTS

Users are responsible for:

 

  • maintaining login security
  • all activity under their accounts
  • notifying Case Logic about suspected misuse

 

  1. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Payments may be processed by trusted third-party payment providers including Stripe.

 

Case Logic currently operates using subscription-based access.

 

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

 

Clarity Steps are digital usage units used within Case Logic.

 

Clarity Steps:

  • are not money
  • have no cash value
  • cannot be exchanged for cash
  • cannot be transferred outside Case Logic

 

Case Logic may apply reasonable usage limits.

 

  1. AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE

Case Logic may:

  • update features
  • pause services
  • modify services
  • discontinue services

 

We are not responsible for losses caused by:

  • downtime
  • hosting issues
  • internet failures
  • payment provider issues
  • technical errors

 

  1. PRIVACY AND DATA

Use of Case Logic is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

 

We aim to handle information responsibly and in line with data protection laws that apply.

 

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Case Logic may rely on trusted third-party services for:

  • hosting
  • payments
  • security
  • analytics
  • infrastructure
  • communication services

 

Third-party services may also have their own terms and policies.

 

  1. BUSINESS AND TEAM USE

Additional agreements may apply for business or team users.

  • agreed billing terms
  • agreed support terms
  • agreed usage limits

 

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PLATFORM PROTECTION

Users must not disclose or exploit non-public platform information.

 

This includes:

  • internal workflows
  • protected structures
  • commercial logic
  • access controls
  • security methods
  • private business information

 

  1. NO AI OR AUTOMATION TRAINING USE

Users must not use Case Logic outputs, systems, or workflows to:

  • train AI systems
  • train AI or automation systems
  • build automation products
  • improve competing systems
  • test competing products

 

  1. SECURITY

 

Users must not:

  • bypass security controls
  • probe vulnerabilities
  • interfere with platform stability
  • access accounts that do not belong to them
  • use automated extraction tools without permission

 

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Case Logic is not liable for:

  • indirect loss
  • related loss or problems
  • loss of profits
  • interruption of service
  • reliance on outputs
  • decisions made using the platform

 

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

 

  1. INDEMNITY

Users agree to protect Case Logic from claims arising from:

  • misuse of the platform
  • breaches of these terms
  • unlawful content
  • misuse of outputs
  • competitive misuse

 

  1. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

 

Case Logic may suspend or terminate access where:

  • misuse is identified
  • fraud risk exists
  • security concerns arise
  • terms are breached
  • competitive misuse occurs
