Organise information, understand complex situations, build timelines, prepare documents, reduce confusion, save time, prepare for meetings, and move forward step by step.

 

3. Important Limitations

Case Logic does not provide legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, regulated professional advice, representation services, emergency services, or crisis intervention services.

 

4. Organisational Support Only

Case Logic does not make decisions, act on behalf of users, negotiate for users, guarantee outcomes, or replace professional advice.

 

5. User Responsibility

Users remain fully responsible for decisions, actions, outcomes, information submitted, and interpretation of outputs.

 

6. No Guarantees

Case Logic is provided on an ‘as available’ basis. We do not guarantee outcomes, uninterrupted service, complete accuracy, suitability for every situation, or error-free outputs.

 

7. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, submit misleading information, or use the platform for unlawful activities.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, layouts, workflows, methodologies, interface systems, structures, organisational systems, and platform materials belong to Case Logic or its licensors.

 

9. Output Ownership

Case Logic retains ownership of platform methodologies, workflows, proprietary organisational frameworks, prompts, service logic, and operational structures.

 

10. Output Use

Outputs are provided for personal, internal, or authorised business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, repackaged, or commercialised without permission.

 

11. Competitor Restrictions

Users must not reverse engineer the platform, analyse workflows for replication purposes, build competing services, create competing systems, or use Case Logic for competitor research.

 

12. AI and Automation Restrictions

Users must not use Case Logic systems, outputs, workflows, or materials to train AI models, train automation systems, create datasets, benchmark services, or develop competing AI products.

 

13. Anti-Scraping and Data Extraction

Users must not scrape, harvest, collect, archive, extract, copy, or systematically store outputs, content, or platform information.

 

14. Confidentiality and Platform Protection

Users must not disclose protected workflows, methodologies, platform architecture, operational systems, commercial logic, or security methods.

 

15. Fair Usage Policy

Case Logic may apply reasonable usage limits, investigate excessive activity, restrict unusual usage patterns, and protect platform stability.

 

16. Accounts and Access

Users are responsible for account security, login details, and all activity under their account.

 

17. Account Sharing Restrictions

Users must not share, sell, lend, transfer, or provide account access to third parties.

 

18. Business and Team Accounts

Additional agreements may apply to business, enterprise, and team accounts including billing terms, usage limits, and access controls.

 

19. Payments and Subscriptions

Some services require payment. Payments may be processed by trusted third-party providers. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that digital access may begin immediately and that refunds are generally not available once access to the platform has been provided, except where required by law.

 

20. Clarity Steps

Clarity Steps are platform usage units. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred, and do not roll over from one month to the next.

 

21. Upgrades, Downgrades and Cancellation

Users may upgrade or downgrade at any time. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, no upgrade fees, and no downgrade fees.

 

22. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the platform and to protect against abuse, all purchases are final. Case Logic operates a strict no-refund policy.

 

23. Availability of Service

Case Logic may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or adjust services, features, access levels, or usage limits at its discretion.

 

24. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of Case Logic is governed by the Privacy Policy. Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and GDPR principles where applicable.

 

25. Third-Party Services

Case Logic may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payments, analytics, communications, infrastructure, authentication, and security.

 

26. Security

Users must not bypass security controls, probe vulnerabilities, attempt automated access, or interfere with platform stability.

 

27. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Case Logic is not liable for indirect losses, consequential losses, loss of profits, service interruptions, or reliance on outputs.

 

28. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and protect Case Logic from claims arising from misuse of the platform, breaches of these Terms, unlawful content, or unauthorised commercial use.

 

29. Suspension and Termination

Case Logic may suspend or terminate access where misuse, fraud risks, security concerns, unlawful activity, or competitive misuse are identified.

 

30. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Case Logic may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
