Terms
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Case Logic. Please read them before creating an account, purchasing a paid support level or using the service.
By using Case Logic, you agree to these Terms where they form a contract with you. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Who We Are
Customer service: support@case-logic.org. Legal / privacy enquiries: legal@case-logic.org.
2. What Case Logic Provides
Case Logic is a Situation Intelligence support platform designed to help you understand difficult situations more clearly, organise what matters, prepare for important next steps and stay in control.
Available support levels may include Quick Clarity, Essential, Structure, Advanced, PRO and PRO Plus. The features, Clarity Step allowances, prices and included support shown on the live Pricing & Packages page at the time of purchase form part of the service description.
3. Professional Boundaries
Case Logic supports understanding, organisation and preparation. It does not provide legal advice or legal representation and does not replace qualified legal, financial, medical, mental-health, immigration or other professional advice or services where needed.
Case Logic is not an emergency service and does not guarantee a particular outcome.
4. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
You must not use the service where doing so would be unlawful.
5. Your Information and Materials
You remain responsible for the information and materials you choose to provide. You must have the right to provide them and must not knowingly submit material in a way that unlawfully infringes another person’s rights.
How Case Logic handles personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You must use Case Logic lawfully and responsibly. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms and explains prohibited uses in more detail.
7. Prices, Billing and Taxes
Prices are shown in GBP unless the live checkout states otherwise. The price, billing period and any applicable taxes shown before you complete payment apply to your purchase.
Paid support levels renew according to the billing arrangement shown at checkout unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
8. Starting, Changing and Cancelling Support
Quick Clarity can be started without payment.
Essential, Structure, Advanced and PRO are monthly support levels with no long-term contract and may be cancelled in accordance with the live billing terms shown at purchase.
PRO Plus Levels 1–3 require 14 days’ notice to cancel. The live account and checkout must make the effective cancellation date and any amount due clear.
Cancellation stops future service according to the applicable billing and notice rules. It does not remove statutory rights that apply to you.
9. Consumer Cancellation Rights
Depending on where you live and what you buy, consumer law may give you a cooling-off or cancellation right. Where the law requires an express request for a service to begin during a cancellation period, or an acknowledgement relating to immediate digital access, the live checkout will present the required information and choice before supply begins.
Your statutory rights are not reduced by these Terms. See the Refund Policy for the practical request route.
10. Live Practical Support
Where included, Live Practical Support is scheduled one-to-one with a Case Logic Worker via Zoom. Session frequency and duration are stated on the applicable Support Levels or Pricing & Packages page.
11. Mental Health Support in PRO Plus Level 3
PRO Plus Level 3 includes Mental Health Support delivered via Zoom through the approved external Mental Health Support provider. The professional service is provided by that external provider, not directly by Case Logic. The provider remains responsible for the professional service it provides, subject to its applicable professional and service terms.
12. Service Availability and Changes
Case Logic may update, maintain or improve the service. We will aim to avoid unnecessary disruption and communicate material changes where appropriate.
If a material change affects a paid service you have already purchased, your rights will be determined by the contract and applicable law. We will not use this clause to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Accuracy and Your Decisions
Case Logic is designed to support clarity and preparation, but information can be incomplete, uncertain, outdated or affected by facts outside Case Logic’s control. You should check important information and obtain qualified professional advice where needed.
You remain responsible for your choices, decisions and actions.
14. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Case Logic and its branding, website content, software and service materials are owned by or licensed to the Case Logic operator except where stated otherwise. You receive a limited right to use the service for its intended purpose while your access is valid.
Except where the law expressly permits it, you must not systematically extract, copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, commercially exploit or use protected Case Logic materials outside the authorised purpose of the service.
15. Security and Unauthorised Automation
You must not bypass access or security controls, introduce malicious code, deliberately interfere with service availability or use automated means to obtain access or capacity you are not authorised to use.
Case Logic may use proportionate security and anti-abuse measures to protect Customers and the service.
16. Suspension or Termination
Case Logic may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Customers, security, the service or legal compliance, including serious or repeated breaches of the Acceptable Use Policy.
Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and available next steps. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
17. Problems With the Service
If something goes wrong, contact support@case-logic.org. Where consumer law applies, you may have statutory remedies if a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill or as agreed, or if digital content does not meet applicable legal standards. The Refund Policy explains the practical request route.
18. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
19. Business and Team Accounts
Where Case Logic offers business, team, agency or enterprise accounts, additional commercial terms, administrator permissions, billing arrangements and access controls may apply.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
We encourage you to contact Case Logic first so we can try to resolve a concern fairly.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law or business arrangements change. The current version will show its effective date. Material changes affecting an existing paid contract will be handled in accordance with applicable law; continued use alone will not be used to remove mandatory rights.

- Do not use the service to create or distribute content that unlawfully targets or endangers another person.
- Do not use Case Logic to obtain, expose or misuse private information about another person without a lawful basis.
Do Not Misuse the Service

Do Not Misrepresent Case Logic

Professional and Emergency Boundaries
Do not use Case Logic as a substitute for emergency services or qualified professional help where urgent or regulated support is required. Case Logic does not provide legal representation, medical diagnosis or emergency mental-health care.
Your Content
You are responsible for what you submit. Do not knowingly upload material you have no right to use, or material whose submission would unlawfully infringe privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights.
What May Happen if This Policy Is Breached
Case Logic may take proportionate action to protect Customers, the service and others. This can include warnings, limiting features, removing access to particular material, suspending an account or terminating access where reasonably necessary. Where appropriate and lawful, we will consider the seriousness, context, repeated nature and potential harm of the conduct. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Reporting a Concern
If you believe Case Logic is being misused, contact support@case-logic.org. Do not use this contact route as an emergency service.
Updates
We may update this policy as the service and risks change.
Privacy Policy
Private and secure. Your information matters.
Case Logic is designed to help you work through difficult situations, and that can involve information that is personal, detailed or sensitive. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information is collected, why it is used, how it may be shared, how long it is kept and the choices and rights available to you.
Information We May Collect
- Account and contact information, such as your name, email address and account details.
- Information you choose to provide about your situation, including messages, documents, communications, dates, notes and other material you submit.
- Support information needed to arrange or deliver Live Practical Support and, where applicable, coordinate access to external Mental Health Support.
- Subscription and transaction information, such as support level, billing status, payment history and cancellation information. Payment-card details may be handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by Case Logic.
- Technical and service-usage information, such as device, browser, IP, security, log, diagnostic and service-interaction information where actually collected.
- Cookie and preference information where cookies or similar technologies are used.
- Communications with Case Logic, including support requests, feedback, complaints and privacy requests.
- Other information you choose to provide.
Sensitive Information
A difficult situation may involve information that is particularly sensitive. Depending on what you choose to share, this may include health information or other information that receives additional protection under applicable law. Case Logic must use this information only where there is an appropriate lawful basis and, where required, an additional legal condition.
Why We Use Personal Information
- To create, maintain and secure your account.
- To provide the Case Logic service and the support level you choose.
- To process subscriptions, payments, upgrades, downgrades and cancellations.
- To arrange and deliver Customer support, Live Practical Support and, where applicable, coordination with the external Mental Health Support provider.
- To maintain security, detect fraud or misuse and protect the service.
- To troubleshoot, test, maintain and improve the service where permitted by law and consistent with the choices available to you.
- To communicate important service, account, policy or security information.
- To meet legal, regulatory, accounting and compliance obligations.
- For marketing only where permitted and with the choices required by applicable law.
Lawful Bases and Special-Category Information
The lawful basis depends on why information is used. Case Logic may rely on performance of a contract, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, legitimate interests, consent or compliance with a legal obligation where appropriate. Where special-category information is processed, an additional legal condition will be identified where required by applicable law.
AI and Your Information
Artificial intelligence may be used as part of the Case Logic digital service. Where AI-related processing involves personal information, this Privacy Policy will explain the relevant processing and any additional rights that apply.
How We Share Information
Case Logic may share personal information only where needed with providers that help operate the service, such as hosting, security, communications, payment, support or other operational providers; with the external Mental Health Support provider where necessary for Level 3 and appropriately governed; with professional advisers or authorities where required or permitted by law; or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Case Logic does not sell your personal information. Relevant recipients or recipient categories will be identified in this Policy where required.
International Transfers
Some providers may process information in countries different from your own. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, Case Logic will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and explain the relevant safeguard and how you can obtain more information.
How Long We Keep Information
Case Logic keeps personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including service delivery, security, dispute handling and legal or accounting requirements. This Policy will state the applicable retention periods or the criteria used to determine them where required.
Security
Case Logic is private and secure. Appropriate organisational and technical measures are used to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so controls are reviewed as the service develops.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on the law that applies to you and the way your information is used, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, receive certain information in a portable form, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and complain to a data-protection authority.
Where UK data-protection law applies, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To make a privacy request, contact legal@case-logic.org.
Where Case Logic relies on legitimate interests and you have a right to object, that right will be explained clearly.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Case Logic uses cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy. Where consent is required, optional cookies or similar technologies will not be used until you have made the relevant choice. You can review or change available choices through Cookie Settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, law or our data practices change. The current version will show its effective date. Where a change materially affects you, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.

Refund Policy
We want pricing, cancellations and refund requests to be clear. This policy explains the practical route for requesting a refund and how Case Logic handles statutory rights.
Your Statutory Rights Come First
Nothing in this Refund Policy removes rights you have under applicable consumer law. Depending on where you live, the type of service or digital access you purchase and when supply begins, you may have legal cancellation or remedy rights.
Quick Clarity
Quick Clarity requires no payment to start, so there is no purchase price to refund for the free allowance.
Paid Support Levels
Essential, Structure, Advanced and PRO are monthly support levels with no long-term contract and can be cancelled in accordance with the billing terms shown at purchase. PRO Plus Levels 1–3 require 14 days’ notice to cancel.
Cancellation Is Not the Same as a Refund
Cancellation normally stops a future renewal or future service according to the applicable billing and notice rules. A refund concerns money already paid. Cancelling does not automatically create a right to a refund, and this policy does not remove any refund or remedy required by law.
Cooling-Off / Cancellation Rights
Where applicable law gives you a cancellation period, Case Logic will provide the required information before purchase. If you ask for a service to begin during that period, or choose immediate digital access, the checkout will obtain any request or acknowledgement required by applicable law. The exact legal effect depends on the service purchased and the law that applies to you.
If the Service Is Not Provided as Agreed
If you believe a paid service was not supplied as described or with the standard required by applicable law, contact us. Where you have a statutory right to repeat performance, a price reduction, refund or another remedy, this policy does not restrict it.
Duplicate, Incorrect or Unauthorised Charges
If you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, billed after an effective cancellation or charged without authorisation, contact us promptly so we can investigate.
Technical Problems
If a technical problem prevents meaningful access to a paid service, contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate and lawful, try to restore access or provide the remedy that applies.
Service Credits
Case Logic may offer a service credit where appropriate. A service credit does not replace a statutory remedy that the law requires.
Outcome or Satisfaction
Case Logic does not guarantee a particular outcome. A refund is not automatically due solely because a difficult situation did not produce the result you hoped for or because you disagree with an output, but this does not affect statutory rights relating to defective digital content or services.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@case-logic.org with the email address used for your Case Logic account, the relevant transaction or invoice details, the support level involved and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details by email.
How We Review Requests
We will review the purchase, service delivery, cancellation status and applicable legal rights. We may ask for reasonable information needed to investigate. Approved refunds will be returned using an appropriate payment route, subject to payment-provider processing times and any deadline required by law.
Payment Disputes and Abuse
Case Logic may investigate suspected fraud, misuse or abusive payment activity and may restrict an account where reasonably necessary and lawful. Nothing in this section removes rights to challenge an unauthorised payment or use a lawful chargeback or consumer remedy.

Cookie Policy & Cookie Settings
This Cookie Policy explains how Case Logic uses cookies and similar technologies on its website and service, and how you can manage available choices.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of information stored on or accessed from your device when you use a website or online service. Similar technologies can perform related functions.
How Case Logic Uses Cookies
Case Logic may use cookies or similar technologies for purposes such as keeping the service secure, maintaining a session, storing requested preferences, understanding service performance or measuring website use. The list below will describe the technologies used on the live service.
Strictly Necessary Technologies
Some technologies may be necessary for the website or service to work, for example for security, authentication, session management, load balancing or a function you have specifically requested. Where the law permits, these may be used without consent, but information about them will still be provided.
Optional Technologies
Where consent is required, analytics, advertising, personalisation or other non-essential technologies will not be activated until you have made the relevant choice. Rejecting optional technologies will not prevent access to functions that do not depend on them.
Cookie Settings
You can review and change available choices through Cookie Settings. Withdrawing consent will be as easy as giving it.
Third-Party Technologies
Some functions may be provided by third parties. Where their cookies or similar technologies require consent, they will not be activated until you have made the relevant choice. Relevant third parties will be identified where required.
Security Technologies
Some technologies may be used where necessary to protect accounts, prevent misuse and maintain service security. The live Cookie Policy will describe any technologies that must be disclosed under applicable law.
Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy when technologies or legal requirements change.

Accessibility
Case Logic wants its website and service to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.
Our Approach
We aim to make important information clear, readable and usable across different devices and ways of accessing the service. Accessibility is treated as part of product quality rather than an afterthought.
What We Work Towards
- Clear headings, labels and page structure.
- Readable text and sufficient visual contrast.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls where applicable.
- Visible focus states for interactive elements.
- Meaningful text alternatives for important images where appropriate.
- Forms and error messages that are understandable and usable.
- Logical reading order for assistive technologies.
- Responsive layouts that work across common screen sizes and zoom levels.
- Everyday language where specialist wording is not necessary.
Need Help Using Case Logic?
If an accessibility barrier makes it difficult for you to use Case Logic or access information, contact support@case-logic.org. Tell us what you were trying to do and, if possible, the page or feature involved. We will use that information to understand the barrier and look for an appropriate way to help.
Feedback Helps Us Improve
Accessibility can change as websites, devices and assistive technologies change. We welcome useful accessibility feedback and review issues as the service develops.

How We Use AI
Case Logic uses artificial intelligence as part of the technology that supports the service. You should know when you are interacting with AI and understand its role without needing technical detail.
What AI Helps Case Logic Do
AI can help Case Logic work with the information you provide, support clearer organisation and explanation, and help the service respond to your situation. The purpose remains the same: greater clarity, organisation and preparation when life becomes difficult.
You Are Interacting With AI
When you use the Case Logic digital service, AI may generate or help generate responses. Where required, Case Logic will make this clear from the beginning of the interaction and will not present an AI-generated interaction as though it came from a Case Logic Worker or another person.
AI Can Be Wrong
AI can misunderstand information, miss context, produce incomplete information or make mistakes. Important facts should be checked, particularly where a decision could affect your rights, health, finances, safety or another significant part of your life.
AI Does Not Replace Professional Advice
Case Logic does not provide legal advice or legal representation and does not replace qualified legal, financial, medical, mental-health, immigration or other professional advice or services where needed. AI does not change those boundaries.
Your Decisions Remain Yours
Case Logic can help you understand, organise and prepare. It does not take responsibility for your choices, decisions or actions, and it does not guarantee a particular outcome.
AI and Your Information
How personal information is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy, including relevant AI-related processing and additional information required by applicable law.
AI Transparency and Generated Content
Case Logic applies AI transparency measures required by the laws that apply to the service. Where you must be informed that you are interacting with AI, that information will be clear and distinguishable at the required point. Where applicable law requires generated or manipulated content to be marked or labelled, Case Logic will apply the required disclosure.
What You Need to Know
You do not need technical knowledge to use Case Logic. What matters is understanding what AI can help with, where its limits are and when important information should be checked.
Questions About AI
If you have a question about how AI is used in Case Logic, contact legal@case-logic.org or support@case-logic.org.
Safety — Getting Professional or Emergency Help
Case Logic can help you understand, organise and prepare. Some situations need help that Case Logic cannot provide. This page explains when to move beyond Case Logic and get qualified professional or emergency help.
If There Is Immediate Danger
Case Logic is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate danger to life or safety, a medical emergency or another urgent emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service for your location now.
When Qualified Professional Help May Be Needed
You may need qualified professional help when your situation requires legal advice or representation, medical diagnosis or treatment, regulated financial or immigration advice, professional mental-health care or another service that Case Logic is not authorised to provide.
Legal Situations
Case Logic can help you understand and organise information, prepare questions and get ready for conversations or next steps. It does not provide legal advice or legal representation. If you need advice about legal rights, deadlines, court procedure or strategy, consider contacting an appropriately qualified legal professional in the relevant jurisdiction.
Health and Mental Health
Case Logic does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy or emergency mental-health care. PRO Plus Level 3 includes Mental Health Support through the approved external provider, but that does not turn Case Logic itself into a healthcare or emergency service. If you need urgent medical or mental-health help, use the appropriate health or emergency service for your location.
Financial, Immigration and Other Regulated Matters
Where a decision requires regulated or specialist advice, use an appropriately qualified professional. Case Logic can support preparation for that conversation but does not replace the professional.
Important Deadlines and Formal Notices
If you receive a court document, official notice, deadline, demand, decision or other time-sensitive communication, do not assume that using Case Logic pauses or extends the deadline. Check the date, preserve the document and obtain qualified help promptly where needed.
If You Are Unsure
You do not need to know the exact professional title before taking sensible action. Ask whether the situation involves immediate safety, health, a legal deadline, regulated advice or a decision with serious consequences. If it does, use the appropriate professional or emergency route for your location.
What Case Logic Can Still Do
Even when professional help is needed, Case Logic may still help you organise what has happened, bring relevant information together, prepare questions and approach the next conversation with greater clarity.
You Stay in Control
The aim is to help you recognise the right next level of support — not to keep you inside Case Logic when another form of help is more appropriate.
Need to Understand Case Logic’s Limits?
