Refund Policy

Case Logic provides subscription-based digital organisational support services.


Because access to Clarity Steps and subscription features may begin immediately after payment, refunds are generally not provided once access or usage has started.


REFUND REQUESTS

We may review refund requests where:

  • duplicate payments occurred
  • billing errors occurred
  • technical issues prevented access
  • payment processing errors occurred
  • refunds are required by laws that apply

 

REFUNDS ARE GENERALLY NOT PROVIDED WHERE:

  • subscription access has already begun
  • Clarity Steps have already been used
  • a user changes their mind after purchase
  • a subscription was not cancelled before renewal
  • a user expected legal or professional advice
  • there has been misuse of the service


SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
